What to write to us about
- Corrections. If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, please tell us which page and what you think needs changing, ideally with a link to an official source. See our corrections process.
- Topic suggestions. Questions you could not find answered in our guides.
- General feedback about the site.
What we cannot help with
We are a publication, not a fencing business. We do not install, supply or quote for fences, and we cannot recommend local fitters. We also cannot give advice on individual boundary disputes or planning applications. For those, contact your local planning authority, a solicitor or a chartered surveyor.
We do not have a phone line or an office open to visitors. Email is the only way to contact us, and we aim to reply within a few working days.
